Data may include identity, contact, delivery and billing details, order and invoice information, support messages, preferences and site security data. If you use the account area, the verified email address, access data and the association between the account and its orders are also processed.

Purposes and legal bases

Data is used to answer requests, create and manage accounts, show order history, send necessary access and order-confirmation messages, manage orders, payments, delivery, returns, refunds and guarantees, comply with legal and accounting duties, prevent fraud and defend rights. Processing is based on contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests and consent where required.

Payments and recipients

Stripe handles payment data through its secure form embedded in the checkout; Polygadget3D receives transaction status and references but not the full card number. Necessary data may be shared with hosting and security providers, payment processors, carriers, transactional email, support and communications providers, professional advisers and authorities.

Retention and rights

Order and accounting data is normally retained for ten years where required by law. Access links are single-use and short-lived, and account sessions expire automatically. Account data remains available while the account is active and, following an erasure request, only as needed for legal obligations or protection of rights. Applicable rights include access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent, plus the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
