WEEE: free take-back of used equipment
For products covered by electrical and electronic equipment rules, take-back is handled under the applicable WEEE requirements.
One-for-one take-back
When you buy new electrical or electronic equipment, you may request free take-back of used equipment from a private household, provided it is of an equivalent type and has performed the same functions as the equipment purchased.
The right covers one equivalent used item for each new item supplied. Take-back required by law is free of charge.
How to request it
Contact Polygadget3D as early as possible through the Contact page or at ordini@polygadget3d.it. Include the order number, the new equipment purchased, the type and approximate dimensions of the used equipment, and the collection address. You will receive instructions for the collection method applicable to the delivery.
Do not send or leave used equipment before receiving collection instructions. This ensures that it enters the correct treatment channel and can be handled safely.
Safety conditions
Take-back may be refused in the circumstances permitted by law, including a contamination risk to staff, an obvious absence of essential components or the presence of waste other than WEEE.
Separate collection
WEEE must not be placed in unsorted municipal waste. If you do not use one-for-one take-back, deliver the equipment to a collection centre or another authorised point under the rules of your municipality.
Take-back without a purchase, known as one-for-zero, is subject to specific legal conditions. Where it is not expressly shown as available on this site, use a public collection centre or contact support to learn which options apply.
