Terms and conditions of sale

1. Seller and scope

The seller is POLYGADGET SOCIETA' A RESPONSABILITA' LIMITATA SEMPLIFICATA, NUCLEO INDUSTRIALE DI SASSA - 67100 - L'AQUILA (AQ), VAT and Italian tax code 01996790661, EU VAT IT01996790661, REA 136434. Orders email: ordini@polygadget3d.it. Mandatory consumer rights always remain applicable.

2. Products, availability and prices

Essential characteristics are shown on each product page. Images are representative. Availability is confirmed when the order is accepted. The applicable price, taxes, delivery charges and total are shown before payment. If an obvious error is found, the customer may confirm the corrected order or cancel it for a full refund.

3. Order and contract

The customer reviews the cart, supplies the requested details, chooses delivery and payment and checks the total before submitting the order. Submission is an offer to purchase; the contract is concluded when Polygadget3D accepts the order and makes the confirmation available.

4. Payment

The customer may use the methods shown at checkout. Card payments are handled by Stripe and Polygadget3D does not receive or store the full card number. When available, a direct bank-transfer order remains awaiting payment until the funds are received. If the funds are not received by the stated deadline, the order expires automatically, is cancelled and is not shipped.

5. Delivery

Available destinations, methods, costs and estimated times are shown at checkout. Consumers bear the risk only when they, or a person they designate other than the carrier, physically receive the goods.

6. Withdrawal and refunds

Consumers may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods by sending a clear statement to ordini@polygadget3d.it. Goods must be returned within the following 14 days. Direct return costs are borne by the customer unless stated otherwise or the return is caused by the seller's error or non-conformity.

Valid refunds include standard delivery costs and are made through the original payment method within 14 days of withdrawal. Reimbursement may be withheld until the goods or evidence of dispatch are received. Statutory exceptions and liability for diminished value apply.

7. Legal guarantee

EU consumers receive the statutory conformity guarantee for at least two years from delivery. Repair, replacement, price reduction or termination are available when the legal conditions are met. Any manufacturer's commercial guarantee is additional and does not replace the seller's duties.

8. Complaints and liability

Order, return and guarantee requests may be sent to ordini@polygadget3d.it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, personal injury or mandatory consumer rights.

9. Law and disputes

Italian law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country of residence. Where required, the competent court is that of the consumer's residence or domicile. The parties are encouraged to seek a direct solution before litigation.
